Wheelwright Rescue provides emergency roadside assistance including, but not limited to, vehicle recovery, tire changes, jump-starts, fuel delivery, and minor on-site repairs. Wheelwright Rescue will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the Services. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Pricing for services will be communicated to you prior to dispatch. All payments are due upon completion of services unless a pre-arranged payment plan or covered policy is in effect. We accept various payment methods, which will be confirmed at the time of booking. Failure to make timely payment may result in additional charges or legal action.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made within a reasonable timeframe prior to the arrival of our technician. Cancellations made after dispatch or upon arrival may incur a dispatch fee. Specific cancellation terms for pre-booked services or policies will be outlined at the time of booking.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, specifically England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
